January 2024 Eyfs Changes. Changes are on the horizon as the early years foundation stage (eyfs) framework undergoes adjustments, set to take effect from january 4, 2024. The response confirmed several safeguarding changes to the early years foundation stage (eyfs) framework, which will come into effect on 1 september 2025.

The changes will be implemented from january 2024. From 4 th january 2024, the updated statutory framework changes regarding early years qualifications come into play.
